By creating an account or using EPS Corner in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you have read and understood these terms, and you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our service.

EPS Corner is an online platform for EPS-TOPIK and KLT Korean language exam preparation. We offer:

• Free tier: Limited access to study materials, practice questions, and features on 1 device.
• Premium tier: Full access to all content, practice exams, and features on up to 3 devices for a fixed subscription period.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create accounts using automated means or create multiple accounts for the same person.

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once premium access has been activated. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges due to a technical error.
• Service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours.
• Refund requested within 24 hours of purchase and content has not been accessed.

To request a refund, contact us at support@epscorner.com within 7 days of your purchase with your receipt reference number.

Free accounts are limited to 1 device. Premium accounts are limited to the number of devices specified in the purchased plan (typically 3). Sharing accounts or circumventing device limits is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from EPS Corner.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass any security features.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate EPS Corner, our staff, or other users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content on EPS Corner — including study materials, questions, audio, graphics, and software — is owned by EPS Corner or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your premium subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only during your subscription period.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

EPS Corner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Study materials will guarantee success on any exam.
• The service will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPS Corner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or exam failure.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access premium content ceases immediately. Payment records are retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
